QUERY: If the powers that be are ordained of God, how can you explain cruel rulers, ruthless kings or monarchs? Is it also God who has put them to rule?

PACQ: The ‘powers that be’ that are being talked about in Romans 13:1 are the powers that guard the people’s freedom to do good. But when the rulers come out as dictators and they oppress the good, then they are evil, and they will not last long. Even in the political world, there is also a fight between the good and the evil.

QUERY: Like the communists, you propose an alternative government, but you do not sound like usurping power or taking over the existing government, instead, you submit to them. Does this mean that the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, which is a Kingdom of a Higher World, is still subject to the civil or authorized government?

PACQ: The Kingdom of a Higher Government means that the laws of that government, which are spiritual, are written in the hearts and in the minds, so we do not need to be under any law. The laws that are with in us are the laws of the Spirit that are already there. We are not subject to any law, because those are higher laws. If you have these laws within, you do not rob, you do not murder, you do not do the things that are against the will of the Father. So there is no more need for the ombudsman, there’s no more need for the courts, there’s no more need for all of those laws and restrictions designed to restrict human behavior that if left alone would devour itself. There’s no more need for those. For us, Kingdom Citizens, while we are here, subject to the laws of the land, we don’t need these laws because we do not murder. The laws that are written in our heart say that we do not rob, we do not cheat, we do not lie, so there’s no more need for those laws which restrict ugly and carnal human behavior.
 

Galatians 5:22,23

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.“Against such there is no law…”

These spiritual laws are present within us, and against such, there is no law. We do not need restrictions that will restrict our evil nature, because we no longer have an evil nature. What we have in our hearts are the laws of a higher world.
