An excerpt from an episode of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy’s daily TV program Give Us This Day.  Give Us This Day is seen over ACQ-KBN every 8:00 p.m, 1:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m..

Q:  You received a revelation on April 13, 2005.  What was that revelation?

PACQ:  On April 13, 2005, I received a revelation from the Father. He said:  This is the Day of the Lord. 

Like the revelation I received on September 13, 2003, this was another revelation without explanation.  He told me on September 13, “This is the end of your public ministry.” I did not know that He was going to embark me on my private ministry. In this one, He just told me that ‘This is The Day of the Lord’.

But almost immediately, the Father was telling me in my spirit, in conversation with Him, that the Day of the Lord is the end of the days of man.  What does this mean? 

An example of this phenomenon is the impending judgment that awaited Sodom and Gomorrah and the impeding judgment that awaited the world in the days of Noah.  Nobody knew of the coming judgment in Noah’s day, because it was revealed only to Noah being the most righteous man alive in his day.

Psalms 25:14 says, “The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him and He will shew them His covenant.” So Noah was shown the covenant of the Lord.   He was told that a hundred and twenty years would be given to man to repent before judgment would come.

Those one hundred and twenty years were the days of man, but the people in Noah’s day wasted it.  They did not heed the plan of God. They wasted it in wantonness, superfluity, careless living, in the casual engagements of their lives from day to day as the Bible said, they planted, they built; they married and were given to marriage.  They lived casually and they did not know that they were only given one hundred and twenty years to repent.  This is what is called “The Days of Man.”

But after a hundred and twenty years, the Day of the Lord came.  Today is already the Day of the Lord.  In Noah’s day, they did not know that after one hundred and twenty years, the Ark would be finished.  This is the insight the Father is showing us about the last days, after April 13 was revealed.

We do not know if after one hundred and twenty years there were extensions of His mercy or not.  The Bible does not say so.  The Bible says that the judgment was poured out: the rain came and went unabated for forty days and forty nights until the earth was flooded and all living things that had breath in their nostrils were destroyed. Only the ark that Noah built was left.  Eight people were saved with the animals that were preserved for posterity.

When the Father told me, “This is the Day of the Lord,” I knew right there and then that the days of man were over.  We are now living in borrowed time.  This is the Day of God. This is the Day of the Lord.

But this is also good news to the people of God because this also promotes a transition when Satan in his power reigning over the hearts and souls of man and in his ability to deceive is going to end.  The Father has already transferred or transmitted power to the new governance, which is the Kingdom, and His plan has already been completed. He has now a Son whom He can trust; whom He can call His residence. He has now a Son whom He can use as His spokesperson; and whom He can use as His trustee for the reign of the Father through His Son.
The truth is, the days of man given after Jesus Christ ascended into heaven is 2000 years.  This is already 2005.

If you look at it that way, an extension of about five years had already been given for the reign of the Father through the Son to happen.  And now, it is complete. 

The Father declared the reign of the Father through the Son during our millennial service in December 1999, and people have misinterpreted and maligned us for this declaration. They cry, “You said that Jesus Christ would come back in the year 2000!”  They still held the old denominational religious mentality that believed that the Son of God in the Jewish body would really appear and assure them that it is His Second coming.  This kind of thinking belongs to the old religious traditional and denominational mentality. They did not know that His coming would be like the coming of Elijah in the body of John the Baptist.

It was prophesied that before the Messiah comes, Elijah would come first to prepare the way of the Messiah.  So the Jews would not accept Jesus Christ as the Messiah because they were still waiting for Elijah to appear first.  They did not know that John the Baptist was Elijah in the flesh. (Matthew 11:13-14) And when Jesus came, they also did not know that He was the Messiah.

These are the ways of God. The Jews did not know it and they could not understand it.  They were always looking on the physical plane; on the first dimensional world, which is the dimension of the flesh.  So they could not understand why Elijah did not come in his own body.  They did not understand that in the language of God, the flesh is nothing. He could use any flesh. What is important is the body so that life could be manifested in that body.  Anybody could have owned John’s body.

In the same way, anybody can own my soul. Your body and your soul are really disposable.  When you say, “This is my body. This is my soul,” who is really saying that?  It is not really you, but it is the spirit that says that.  It is really the spirit that owns you.  For example, when you say, “This is my car. This is my book,” it means that your car and your book are separate entities from you.  But who is claiming ownership?  It is the owner claiming ownership.

I am thankful that the Father has chosen this body and He is the one saying, “This is My body.”  Jesus Christ owns this body. He chose to live in this body. He is the Great Spirit.

So when I speak, we have the Father-Son relationship. The Father owns this body. So when I talk, it is not really I who is talking. It is the Father talking through me. That is why the Son said, “The words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself but the Father that lives in me. He doeth the works.”  (John 14:10)

Q: Does April 13 also signify that the full trust of the Father had already been given to you, Pastor?

PACQ: The full trust of the Father has been given to me. The year 2000 was the reign of the Father through the Son.  Jesus Christ actually came in the year 2000.  But the people do not know that.  He already has a body and this body that He calls His Son, not just His servant but His Son, is already here. 

I call those five years the transition period for the Father to give every ounce of trust to the Son.  It was a transition until the Son could have life in Himself and until the Son could say, “The Father has given me power over-all flesh, to give eternal life to whomsoever I will, because the thing is already complete.”

The Father has not only made him His Son but the Son was entrusted with the Father’s Kingship.  So now the Father has a Kingdom. He has a body that He calls His Son and His Son was trained to rule and to give the laws of the Father and to give eternal life to whomsoever he will. The trust is now complete and it has been delivered to the Son.

Whether all flesh realizes this or not, even if they call the Son presumptuous, false or evil, or any other name, it does not change the truth at all.

They could get serious and listen to me but it may be that they would not be able to fathom what I am saying because it is too great, that even I, as the Son had a hard time accepting the enormity of the realization of the greatness of what the Father was delivering to me.

In the Father’s perspective, this endowment is just natural.  It is not too great to Him. But for me, it is so great, that the other day, I think it was yesterday, when I woke up because the Father was talking to me in the early morning, it dawned on me and I found myself crying profusely.  I went to my bathroom and I just cried so much because I could not believe that the Father could trust a man this much.  He has not only made me His Son but He told me, “I am going to entrust you with My Kingship in My Kingdom.”  

Before, I had to wait for the Father for a revelation before I could tell the people anything. But now that the full trust is given to me, anything I say is backed up with power.  That is why I am very careful now with anything I say because He hath given power to the word of the Son as the King in His Kingdom.

If the people who are listening to me who and have been following me and watching me are sincere, but they have doubts about me, if they are children of God, they can pray.  They can ask the Father sincerely about the things I am saying and the Father will reveal it to them.

He said when you ask for bread, He will not give you a stone. When you ask for a fish, He will not give you a scorpion or a snake. He is going to guide you.  If it is necessary that you pray, do it.   If you have faith in your heart to believe the words that I am saying, believe them right now because these are revelations that no one knows.  They are revealed unto His Son.

As I said, even in the olden times, the Father revealed His secrets only to the most righteous.  Lot, Abraham, Noah, were privy to the plan of God.  These revelations always involved the Day of the Lord.

In the time of Lot, the day of man was only one day.  We read in the Word of God that when Abraham was in the Plains of Mamre one day, he saw three men coming towards Him. One of them was the manifestation of the Father Himself and two were angels who also manifested in human form. 

When they approached him, Abraham knew right there and then in his spirit, who they were.  This is how we communicate in the spirit, “the deep calls unto the deep.” Abraham knew right away that it was the God Almighty.

After Abraham served them a meal, God revealed His plan to Abraham because great was the cry of the wickedness of the two cities—Sodom and Gomorrah.   He said “I am going to send my two angels to confirm if the cry against the wickedness of these two cities is really true. But I am revealing to you Abraham that these two cities are going to be destroyed.” (Genesis 19:20-22)

So the angels went to Sodom and Gomorrah, and they found that the cry against the wickedness of these two cities was indeed true and while they confirmed this to God, Abraham haggles with God.  He knew that his nephew and his family was in Sodom and the impending doom was coming. So Abraham said, “If there are 50 righteous in Sodom and Gomorrah would you destroy these two cities?”  God said, “No, for the sake of the 50 righteous people, I will spare the two cities.”

Abraham went back and haggled that if there were 40 righteous, would God destroy the two cities? But not even 40 were found righteous in the two cities. Abraham tried some more, “If there are 30?” And again, “Do not get angry with me, O, Lord, if there are 20?”  Until it came down to 10.  And God said  “If there are ten righteous people, I will spare the two cities for the sake of the 10 righteous people.”  But Abraham counted and not even 10 people were found righteous in Sodom and Gomorrah.  There were only 4: Lot, His wife, his two daughters.

And so the judgment on the two cities could not be stopped. The judgment could not be postponed.  The Father knew what was in the heart of Abraham and so He instructed the angels to get the family of Lot out of Sodom and Gomorrah. 

The angels told Lot, “Early at dawn the following morning, you have to get out of the city. Your salvation is towards Mount Zoar.” Note that there was a specific place for their salvation.  It was Mount Zoar.  “Go there,” the angels said, “but as these two cities are judged, do not look back.”  

Fire and brimstone rained upon Sodom and Gomorrah.  This all happened in a matter of one day. As the angles came to Lot’s house, Lot knew not that the days of man were already over. The following day would be the Day of the Lord.

The Day of the Lord is always preceded with judgment.  As fire and brimstone came from heaven to burn these two cities, if you were Lot, his wife and his two daughters fleeing from the destruction, you would hear the noise, you would hear the wailing and the crying rising up from the burning cities.

I was listening to one of the video releases of CNN of the tsunami that happened in December 2004; how people were caught unaware in one part of Indonesia. They were on the street, some were walking, riding bicycles, and some were chatting. But, this cameraman, I think he was covering a wedding, saw the tsunami coming as a wave as tall as a forty-story building and it was coming towards the people that were on the street. It swept them all away.

It was caught on video. The people were caught unaware as the waves engulfed them.  They did not know what was happening.

I could imagine how Sodom and Gomorrah burned that day.  You could hear the crackling of the fire, the shouting and the wailing of the people who received the punishment and the judgment of God.

Lot was told not to look back.  But Mrs. Lot was tempted and she perished and only three people were saved. 

In Noah’s time, the days of man were a little bit longer—one hundred and twenty years.  But the one hundred and twenty years also came to an end.  In the present, our day is very long. It is two thousand years.  But it too has come to an end. 

People do not know that Jesus Christ has already come back, and that He has used another body, a Gentile body, whom He has called His Son; whom He has trained; whom He has already predestined for this purpose. They do not know that.  They are even insulting us.  They do not know that the reign of the Father through the Son has already happened.  They do not know that it is not the Jewish body that would come back. The body is not important. What is important is the spirit. It will come back and probably use another body like Elijah came back and used another body.   They do not know that since the year 2000, the Father has formally reigned through His Son whom He has anointed and appointed for this day.

They are blind to this and destruction is going to sweep them away. But they do not know that either. The unbelieving continue to blaspheme until judgment will overtake them.  But they have the freedom to choose.

The Father will not take away their freedom to choose but they cannot stop me from saying what I hear from God either.  I will love your soul to the death and if I have to warn you, I will. If I have to be blunt about it, I will.  But I am not taking away your freedom of choice. You can choose to be destroyed.

Lot could have stayed if he wanted to. If he had chosen to stay, the angels would not force him to get out.  See how they were only instructed not to look back.  But Mrs. Lot chose to look back! She was not hindered from her freedom to choose.

That is how God works.  All the Father will do is to tell you the truth. It is up to you how you deal with the truth, whether you accept it or reject it. It is up to you but you will be condemned because you will be justified by the choices you made.

Q:You mention that we are now living in the most dangerous time and whether people accept it or not or whether they believe it or not, judgment is going to come upon the whole earth. How is the world going to be judged, Pastor?

PACQ: The world is going to be judged by the life, the words, and the message of the Son. The life of Jesus Christ actually is the standard. He has come back in the Gentile setting without people knowing it. He now has a Son. I am His Son. I am not vague about that. I am frank about it. I am the Son. Jesus Christ is my Father. And He is the one talking through me.  And if you are intelligent, if you are spiritual, you will look beyond my body and you will see who is talking inside.

He is now judging the world through His Son. I say ‘through His Son’ because the Father cannot speak here as a spirit.  Elijah spoke through John the Baptist. Elijah was doing the work through John the Baptist. Elijah came back but He used another body.  Jesus Christ pointed this out to the Jews. He said, “He is Elijah if you can accept him.”

The Messiah whom the Jews were waiting for, the God of Heaven whom they said was their King, but whom they had rejected in the Old Testament, came and used the body of Jesus Christ and they did not know it. Jesus Christ said, “I and my Father are one”. (John 10:30). 

Now, Jesus Christ who is the Father in the Gentile setting came back, and used another body. It so happens that it is my body, a Filipino body, whom He is using.
We were given a television network, a radio network, and now a newspaper of the Kingdom to herald and proclaim the message of the Kingdom all over the world.  He is using this body. He has come back and they do not know it. But blessed are the eyes of the righteous because they can see what blind people cannot see.

The Father has not entrusted His covenant to servants. The days of the servants are over. This is the Day of the Lord. This is the Day of the Son. This is the Day of the Father reigning through the Son and this is the day of reckoning. This is the day when you cannot ignore Him anymore. This is the day when you have to look at yourself. Ask yourself where do you stand.

I am the standard of the Father’s judgment of righteousness. You will know if you are righteous or not when you come and listen to me and know me.  When you know me, you cannot be neutral about me.  You will either hate me or you will love me. If you hate me, you will be judged as unrighteous. If you love me, then you are a child of God.

There is now no difference between the Gentile and the Jew.  They are all concluded under sin.   So I can say that blessed is the Filipino nation. Blessed are the Filipino people because it is here that the Father through the Son has manifested and He is going to get the bulk of His children from out of this country.  Blessed are they.
